New hack?

i recently got scammed in a trade where i received what i believed to be a ber rune. in the game i was able to move it in my inv and everything. when i left the game and went to another, the ber was suddenly gone. all i could think was that it was somekind of item hack. any ideas?

thats a dupe, if you get a rune or something you need to socket it immediately, unless you know how to temp perm
