New D2gfx.dll, multiple d2

this works with 1.11B.. (but ofcuz, a d2loader would be a lot better :grunt )

no replies, maybe all don't know how this works, heres a guide:

1) Install Diablo II And LoD, go on b.net, get the newest patch (1.11B)
2) exit Diablo II, make a backup of the D2gfx.dll file in you'r D2 folder..
3) put in the D2gfx.dll in you'r D2 folder (the one you just downloadet from here)
4) go into you'r D2 folder, and copy all the files in the folder
5) make a new folder where-ever you want to
6) paste all the Diablo II files into that new folder
7) now get the cd key refiller made by serby ( http://www.battleforums.com/showthread.php?t=107057 )
8) start it up, choose modify cd key, and now write in name, classic key and lod key
9) make a shortcut of each game.exe files you have (from both D2 folder, and the other folder you made)
10) now you can run more then one D2 on b.net

you can keep on making copys of the Diablo II folder, and put in new cd keys, until you don't have more cd keys.. good luck, have fun

I keep getting error Unhalted Exepcion c00000007 idk what it means but it wont let me run my other d2 T_t Was i suposed to copy d2gfx.dll in the other folder i copied d2 in too? and do i need d2loader to acomplish this

the d2gfx.dll file need to be putted in all the d2 folder you have made, and no, there is not any d2loader working out there.. so get the diablo II.exe file that i also have uploaded:

Btw. remember to make shortcut of the file Game.exe, its NOT diablo II.exe you make a shortcut of, then it doesn't work.. i think..

I cant open up the file. Idk wut kind of program im supposed to open it up with.

sorry that i bumped up this thread but i need to know if this is currently safe on Bnet. since it is a bit old.

Make sure that no outbound connections other than diablo II.exe goes through your firewall. (ie Trojan/keylogger that steals cd-keys)

As well, if your firewall says Diablo II.exe has changed since you were on, then chances are this files is going to fcuk you over.

Otherwise, if it does work...have fun with it...although the original poster's english is so bad, I'm not even sure how this dll works.

UE, know u just came back, but u just bumped this thread for the second time (first time was xtech) Its proven that this works, personally ive been using it since it came out (so a lil over 3 months), so no need to worry about it.
