ok ive looked through gameplay constants and i didnt find any way to make negative spells,im completly lost here,can anyone help?

It depends what you want to make negative. Some things aren't possible (like negative deformations of terrain for War Stomp), but some are. But go to File > Preferences > Look for something about negative real values > Check it.*

You can make a crater off of warstomp with triggers. You can also download World Editor Unlimited, and it lets you have negative integers without checking the gameplay constants.
