Needing help with stats for a wind druid

Hello all, been reading up on some wind druids this evening, and the trying to get a general idea for equiping em, most of the guides i've seen have said SS for the shield, while only having minimal str [77 said by the guy in how to own all with a wind druid] just wondering what I am missing to get that um.... 80 more str!!

enigma adds like 60 str based on clvl when you reach its lvl req.
