Getting Runtime error '5' when i want to Open the Charakter Conifg.exe what to do to fix it?

You don't need to use the character config, it is for lazy people^^

Go into the Scripts folder and open Default and edit the part where it says:

load("bots/pwndefault.d2j");

After the ("bots/
type in the NAME OF THE BOT (found in the BOTS folder) THAT YOU WANT TO USE and LEAVE .D2J");

after it.

~EDIT: For the lil newbies..

load("bots/NameOfBotHere .d2j");

That should do^^
