Need some help with this jewel...

found a jewel in hell cows that has 15% increased attack speed and 14 to all resists and was wondering exactly how many sojs it was worth. was appraised to me for 6 and thought it would be more than that since its damn near perfect. lol. any help is appreciated thx.

hmmmm i would think about 3 sojs but hey, u shoulda got that deal for 6 but im not sure

Ive seen a jewl like that go for 8..on USWest

this is on USEast i just figured that since its only 1 point away from being a perfect 15% ias/15 all resist jewel that it would at least go for 90% of what a perfect one was worth. i read on a forum that a 15% ias/15 all resist jewel went for 10-15 sojs on east.
