Need some help with item editing

I kindof know my way around zonfires editor but how do you make the items that make ur char look like its constantly whirlwinding, or on fire, or has some random necro spall cast onto it and all that other crap that I always see on open?

1) Make an item or find one you want to add the propertie to.
2) Right click on the item, mouseover Specific Editing Functions... and click MAGIC Attribute Editing.
3) Now select [1st unused slot] and click the down arrow (on the right side of the window) to open the pulldown menu.
4) Now scroll down to NotVisible and click the '+'.
5) Finally, find nv State, click it and select the appropriate state u want ur char to be in. (These do sometimes actually change ur char, like the just_warped state makes u run super fast, but dont worry, none of the states will affect you in a negitive fastion[with the exeption of uninteruptibe, DONT USE THIS ONE OR YOU WONT BE ABLE TO DO NETHING IN THE GAME])
