. And just to make it clear it is because you are using a no cd crack. With the no-cd crack it is because it runs diablo not from C:\Program Files\Diablo II but whereever that program is. It runs from itself and not the real d2. So it nothing really about patch but it saying ur not runnin d2 becuz d2hackit reads it from where it is C:\Program Files\Diablo II not ur crack. just to clear it up
