pickit or snagit? or is there a difference? Well here's my snagit code for flawless:

//[Amethyst]
//item=gzv

//[Diamond]
//item=glw

//[Emerald]
//item=glg

//[Ruby]
//item=glr

//[Saphire]
//item=glb

//[Skull]
//item=skl

//[Topaz]
//item=gly

just remove the //'s and it should pick them up if you have snagit
