NEED HELP WITH TRISTRAM

Ok everyone, my friends and I are at the Tristram portal and we are having such a hard time killing anything! We can't even hardly go through the portal anymore.

I know that if I ask someone to come to our game, they will steal the charm, and my friends and I have made a pact that we will go until we have 5 charms to share between the 5 of us.

If anyone can help us and can PROMISE me that you won't take the charm, PM me or reply to this immediately.

By the way, I'm on USEast, nonladder, softcore.

Ok, update!

We have killed diablo and Baal, but we can't get into the portal without dying from Meph's minions!!!

Well...this kinda sucks.

We killed all three of the Prime Evils, we all got SOHs (Standards of Heroes), but nobody will admit to taking the charm. I know it dropped because I saw it drop, but it's pissing us all of that somebody lied. There were 5 of us close friends, and one of my close friends brought another friend. We are thinking that he was the one that took it.

Also, it took us more than 9 keys to get all three body parts. The first time we got the 3 keys, we opened a portal to Matron's Den (Lilith), and killed her. Some idiot took the horn and left. The second time, we opened another portal to Matron's Den! This sucked because we didn't know you could open the same portal twice. Anyway, we killed her, got the horn, and put it on a mule. The next time we got the keys, we opened a portal to where Izual was (I forgot the name of it again). We killed him easily and got the Brain. The next time we opened a portal, we got Lilith AGAIN! Killed her, got another horn, opened another portal, and got Izual again!!! We killed him, and finally we opened the portal to the Forgotten Sands, where we pwned Duriel.
