Need help with pvp lvl 25 zon plz read

Ok heres the deal im making a lvl 25 bowazon dueler for hardcore lader. can someone help me with the skills that ill need. she is only going to be lvl 25 and i will get all of the quest in norm nm and hell so and 12 skill points. i was looking at something like this

Guided - 8
Dodge - 12
Critical Strike - 12
Penetrate - 3

if your guided why put 3 points into penetrate? u could put in avoid or slow missile.

gives me more of a boost in AR but thats why im asking for help soo if its not i good idea i won't do.... and should i go with some into slow missle?

Idk, but NOT penetrate. Guided always hits, so dont worry about your ar.

yeah i found a ok bow with very fast attack speed and also with lots of faster attack rate gear ill be able to dish out lots of guided arrows... also i have seen a zon own many people including me at lvl 20 with a 3 soc bow with flawless ruby, saph, and emr lol. i had close to 600 some life to at lvl 18 soo.......
