Need Help With Name Spoofing!!!

Hey can anyone please send me a name spoofer for Warcraft 3 Frozen Trown, Version 1.14?

Because i have found many of them and all of them dont work.. There is an error with it.. I know that i can look for the file that could fix it, but I just cant find it!

it shud be in the stickes, the messages at the top of the forum that never move, but that link dont work, dus ne1 have a working name spoofer? btw where are the dls on shadow tech i clicked downlaod n nothing came up
