Need help with Loader

I dl'd the d2 Loader, which I have read in this forum works for LoD (please correct me if im wrong). I tried to copy the Diablo II.exe file to my Diablo II directory but it wont let me. When I tell it to replace the file it says that it cannot.

Please anyone who can help please reply

instead of replacing it try renaming your old one, then put the Diablo II.exe file from d2loader in.

maybe ur running d2 while ur overwriting it
