Need Help with d2jsp getting error!!

When i want to use the charackter config.exe im getting the error:
System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770) This Module wasnt Found
Needing help pls!

now this error is away but im getting
Runtime Error '5' Invalid Procedure call or Argument

i cant remove this error with the description of 1337 0n3 dunno why...

help me to delete pls
