Need help with a ui

I started playing again, only for a month or so because my brother and a couple of our friends started. With the new patch though I can't figure out how to get my ui back. I know I had bongos and fubar and some frames and map mod installed, but I can't remember most of the mods I was using and can't get the mods I remember to work the way I want them to.
Here's my old ui:

I want to get something as close to this as possible with as few mods as possible.

also if anyone plays ally on Hydraxis...like anyone here even plays anymore... I'm playing a dranei shaman by the name of Arboles.

The frames seem to be Pitbull, and the buffbar seems to be Elkhano Buff Bars.

Might be mispelled, I'm not sure

According to the screenshot, you also had Prat installed (it's a chat mod).

That's all I can think of, really.

Honestly, since the release of TBC, it's riddled with both sides. BE FTL.

tronga I was wondering more if there are better mods to use with the patch, because even when I installed bongos it was all ****ed up and different than how I remember it.
