Need help plz

When i goto log in it says the CD key you are using is disabled from playing realm games. Then you can play single player and open b.net. Does this mean im banned and if so why? I never used hacks or anything. I played about 2-3 years ago and just got back into it about 5 days ago. It worked fine until today. Plz help.
