Need Help on Making Single Player Characters

Ok, i found all of the editors on how to make whites and iths and skill charms, but im not really interested in that. Instead, can anyone plz post a editor that lets me make a character lvl 99 with open stats, no hacks, just a regular character, and a editor that lets me put legit runes and items in. I wanna try out characters on single before i waste my time on battle.net any help would be appreciated :wavey

zonfire hero editor will allow u to make your character 99. You will have to put the items in that you want, and yes you will have to put the correct amount of skill points in that you need. But most editors will alow u to put in items that exist in the game.

ok i got a really nice editor and i made my character with open stats and skills but i dont understand how to make normal items, i can make like a 6 socketed berserker axe with 123k dmg but all i want is to drop runes in my inventory so i can make runewords, and to make unique items that i can use

i thought jamella only had a 09 editor because i searched everywhere for 1.1 and i decided to go with zonfire cuz i got tired of looking
