Need help fast wow install problems

ok i just tried installing wow and expansion on my friends laptop but when i go to run the game it says read memoery error on wow.exe

ERROR #132 (0X85100034) fATAL EXCEPTION

the instruction at oxoo67bf05 referenced memory at oxxoooooo54

well it used to run on this laptop before i had windows xp installed. its a compaq nc6000 1.8 ghz 512 ram


what other specs u need. it used to run on windows 2000 before i had it turn to xp

have his comp hooked to yours, transfer the files that way, if you have WoW on your comp that is, thats how i did mine, no problems yet, for... 7 months.

my pc i have now won't run it...im updating all drivers and runnin hardware scans and everything hopeing it will fix... does anyone know what kind of error this is? where ****ing xb when u need him

you know I got this error once and I am still having problems with my damn computer. Now Im constantly getting black screens, blue screens with failure to dump memory then the computer restarts some times works and then the same thing all over again. The error comes up while im playing wow or brosing the web. Im thinking my computer is royaly ****ed.

I finally figured out what the problem was... my mother board was pretty much shot all to hell.
