Those, however, may be a bit outdated. But most people can substitute the new runeword items with old ones and siwtch them so that it's a little better.

as far as skills go c9's is probably the best you will find; but for items i dont know much about the new runewords

Only item areas are outdated imo, stats and skills seem pretty much fine to me.

Yeah. I'd pay someone points if they could update the damn thing so that it gets more hits and it helps more people. =/

imo these are teh best bone necro items: (cheaper solution)

weapon: hoto (white runeword [dol + io])
armor: enigma (vipermagi)
sheild: boneflame (homouncolous)
helm: shako (some +3 pnb circlet i guess [you should be able to afford shako])
gloves: trangs / magefists
boots: marrowwalks (dont forget to not put a point into bone prison)
rings: Soj (10%fcr w/ other mods [resists, +mana/life])
ammy: maras or +3 pnb w/ fcr (just some +skills/resists/fcr)

Happens to the best of us. I'm sick of these threads though, this weekend or maybe even this friday I'm going to try and get these guides updated so that everyone can just check the sticky and then jump to their character-making.

Gear mentioned by Bio.hazard is great. If needing a merc, get a act 2 Nightmare (holy Freeze) with Stone Runeword Armor, Gaze Helm, and Infinity Runeword for resist+def reduction, or Insight Runeword for fast mana regen. Shaftstop, Gladiators Bane, Reapers Toll, Bonehew, Rockstopper, work as well.

I am currently playin' both World of Warcraft and D2 LoD, so I know what builds are actually working and what aren't.

Tell me what to do: open a maxi criticism-revising-modification thread, or what?

Woo! Well, heres what I had in mind for anyone who wanted to attempt to revamp everything. They would take each guide on to their computer, or in a post, and change the things around as they need to be changed, then they would PM me or Sweaty Ogre with the new and improved guide, and we could edit the new one over the old one, or add it next to the old one in the sticky. I have a problem because if you do this I have no way of showing my gratitude to you for doing it or even trying. I really appreciate the help guys.

Do you have AIM, djnat? Or you could PM me with an idea on how to approach this. If we revamp peoples guides, I would think it is only right to see if they care or not. I don't want anyone becoming angry thaty we changed their guide or anything, you know.

I don't have AIM. However I can create a text file with a series of tested (and really working) ladder / non ladder builds, and I can try to correct the actual builds of the sticky.

Then, I will PM the link to this text file to you / Ogre.

I will do this work in these days; in about a week, I should finish this. Stay tuned.
