Need Elemental Druid strat

i need a goof strat/items for elemental druid (preferably uber). hes only lvl 13 now so Significant chaged can be made. what should i max and stat point destrupution id what i need to know. thanx for da help guys !!

what about earthshaker/shifter....thse ne good or should i use HOTO and wiz (even tho i cant afford hoto lol) -AND- anny other strats out there?
