Need a website creator, cheap...

Could anyone refer me to a cheap website creator? I am looking to make an online journal like the Old Hatelife, if any of you have ever been there... Enough space for abunch of people to get on it, forums for the members, and be able to create journal entries(with HTML...)

yea its backend. And that will probably run you into the high $hundreds....

i offered to do this for you at $300 once... guess you didnt like my offer. This would take way more than your thinking.

html coding
css (style) coding
php or asp coding
some type of database (xml or sql)

that right there will run you into the $1000's from any good web programmer.

Cut the HTML shit...

Let's have a blackish gray backround, white writing, private entries be able to be selected... forums can be created by users(for other members to post in.) and one forum for each member... Three accounts per IP... No Email Address needed... Just signups...
