Need 1.10 patch_d2.mpq file

I don't know if this is the right place for it but i need the file and not the .exe file from blizzard site because it says im already updated.

I lost it when this mod didnt work and i forgot to backup the file.

So i need 1.10 patch_d2.mpq pleaseee.
