Necro Build Help

Ok i play hc and i find my sorc mfers die way too fast because i have a shitty internet conneection so ive decided to make an Overlord necro to mf hell baal i was looking for help in what skills to max and stuff also what gear and stats any help is appreciated

also if you could what stuff is good for mid lvl on necroes all i really have for him is um'd homonculus, trang gloves and black hand key (i believe) i might have some other decent gear such as pcrown but i havent played in a while so i have to check my mules

Overlord Necro? Whats that? I've never heard of that build.

If you cast alot, get yourself a Vipermagi armor. 30% faster cast rate and 25-35 all resists. Plus, 1 SOJ and 1 Manald Heal ring. +2,3 psn/bone or summoning skills ammy.

If your using bone skills, then create a WHITE wand. It is level 35 with a DOL and IO runes. It has +3 psn/bone; +3 bone armor; +2 bone spear; +4 skel mastery.

If summoning skills then get a Arm of King Leoric wand. Crazy skel stats. Also, the Undead Crown has +3 skel mastery.
