Ah well, lemme go into detail:
1. Our government says that the first son of each family has to be blonde and blue-eyed. Otherwise he will have to live the rest of his life without a penis.
2. In July 2004 a law will be enforced that limits the amount of foreign citizens to 1 per household.
3. Black people are not allowed to have children anymore.
Exception: A black man with a white wife is allowed to have a son IF the foreigner/household balance skips.
4. Hair is NOT allowed at all.
Exceptions: On your toes, fingers and teeth.
5. All white men are allowed to hunt foreigners from 9am to 14pm.
6. Foreigners shot before 9am and after 14 pm CAN'T be set off against tax liability.
7. Black men are not allowed to act in TV shows, movies etc.
Exception: Bill Cosby cause he even rox teh german sox since 1972.
8. German students have to wear the official school-uniform.
