Name hack?

k theres this druid on d2 us east closed bnet with the name Diablo yes it looks exactly like that the i is a "i" when i wisper his char name it says hes not on but when i wisper his acc name it shows acc and his name Diablo.. wtf but u cant make bosses names it says invalid.. and yes hes lvl 86 and and is in dueling games :bouncy
