My winbot wont work

my winbot will not work with ladder games i have the account over 10 wins and i got it set on ladder but when it plays it only counts as a draw and it dont even come up on my ranking, it works fine on melee i get the wins but just not on ladder any help i can get on this would be very nice

It might help if you tell us what specific program you using... also you might want to watch the bot and see exactly what is happening. (Maybe you are not getting over the draw-time limit)
