My warcraft art.

i feel this belong more in warcaft forum rather than rate-a-pic where people will go "wtf is that?"

anyway, im not sucha great artist...but....

taken from a pic in the warcraft roc manuel...








maybe i shouldve put this in rate a pic..at least it wouldve got replies...traffic here sucks.

Its good, just shrink the ears a bit (height, not length). From experience, drawing isn't easy! It takes me 6 hours to even start something, then it becomes good after I put more time into it. I have a drawing of a warden without the helmet in my art book, but its not done and I need to outline it with black marker before I can scan it to the PC.

I have drawings of all the characters from D2LoD, ive been drawing since i was 14 (24 now) and have taken quite a few drawing/art classes. If i can get my scanner workin ill share it with ya, I love Chris Metzen's artwork that he's done for Blizzard over the years, everything from the War2 drawings til present day. He = god in my eyes. I think GFraizer did some artwork too back in the day... gonna have to see if i can find my old War2 manual. I drew a badass pic of a grunt with a big ass axe, came out nice, gotta fix the scanner so i can touch it up and add some color/shading with photoshop.

Anyone have a drawing tablet for PC? Was considering buying one, didnt know much about brands/quality/etc, any feedback? I heard Wacom was a decent one...

Samwise does some good stuff too. But there are times where someone can easily take his place. But yes, Chris Metzen was awesome, just looking those War2 characters.

Yes samwise was decent, those guys sure can make some artwork come to life... just looking through my blizzard game manuals makes me drool sometimes.

Side note: anyone like H.R. Geiger? (artist who drew the Aliens for the Alien series movies)

Yeah, Aliens was sweet, especially the art for the Predators.

yeah AVP was always a fav. of mine, from the comics to the movies. Personally i think Predator would wtfpwn the aliens, hes badass with all his cloaking shit.

no, its...um...im not exactly sure why the mouth is bleeding, ith was my own copy, of something samwise drew, i liked it so i drew it. btw im only 13 and 7 months, im stll a little boy. i loved cris metzen's lich king, SOOO much detail. also plz note im looking at it and its seriously at least twice as good looking in person.

Yeah, then you can screw Samwise in the face . But I prefer to draw my own things, and use characters from other people as reference .

i drew a new one, and i colored it with my trusty colored pencils, but the scan, no matter how many time i try to adjust it, makes the pic look horrible.

Its because the scanner light adds damage to the image.
