My sorc won't cast frozen orb with mephbot

I have frozen orb lvl 20 and my code looks like blow. but my char hasnt been casting 1 single frozen orb in 2000 meph runs... do anyone know why?

PrimaryAttackSkill=Frozen Orb
PrimaryAttackHand=Left

SecondaryAttackSkill=Frozen Orb
SecondaryAttackHand=Right

the mephbot i downloaded from mewgood under the items section. it all works great exept for the frozen orb part
