please tell me what u think of my sigatar and avatar i made a few days ago. i know the avatar is crappy quality but it went dodgy when i exported it.

btw which picture file format is the best quality?

Your sig dont work :(
For Pictures,Paintings,Scannings ETC use Jpg
For Almost All Photoshop Creations use GIF
Your Avater could use a better background and More Shades of Yellow.

best quality image is tiff or png
most ppl use jpg though

I think that if you saved it as a different quality and put a little more effort into it, it would be better.

yours is okay though. Put a little more time and effort and use a program like photoshop and it could be good

I think he used photoshop =/ But like I said. Plain Yellow Doesn't cut it. Add some Shine and Colors To it :)

Go into photoshop, and open the psd of both of those. Then goto file->Save for web, and save as a .jpg at 30 kbs...that should improve quality...dont save as .gif, ruins quality...unless it is an animation...

Gifs do not ruin the quailty. Saving for web makes the file size smaller, and if you dont use save for web right it can make it look bad.
