My Rant On Dueling Games

I was dueling with my lvl 42 Bone Necro last night, I just wanted to test him out. And all of a sudden the game goes nuts.

The game name was: Under 50 Duels

And 3 barbs, the lowest being lvl 67 join.

And then a lvl 75 Assassin and a lvl 91 Zon.

Do people read game titles? Or just join b/c they feel like being gay? Its so hard to find a good dueling game without people joining and ruining it. I didn't make the game otherwise I would have put on a cap of some sort. But it makes my blood boil when I think about how stupid people are. They just make me want to scream. I did get a kill on 2 of the barbs w/o using prison, but it was the whole point that they joined the game and ruined it for the rest of us under lvl 50.

Anyone else get this crap done to them?

learn to deal with it or quit, no matter where you go there are going to be idiots that piss you off, and online is where you will find alot of them. No matter if its just a chat room or a online game like d2. Get used to it my friend.....

well...i did once join a game that was for low lvl dueling, and i was like lvl 90 or something. but i was only there to watch, and i usually never fight someone who doesnt want me to.

Dueling games are ESPECIALY bad though. Casters trying to ruin melee games, high lvls ruining low lvl games.People suck but yeah what can you do but deal with it or quit like he said.

Thats why I keep guardian angel, 4xptopazed monarch, ls, wand of lower resist, infernostrides, rising sun and a few other absorb/resist items. It dont leave me alot of spare room in my stash but it helps me agianst the assholes alot of times .

IMO 1.10 really hurt dueling. At least in 1.09 you needed decent items to kill. Now, you just need to max a few synergies and bam, you can kill a botd barb. Not equal at all.

Nonetheless, synergies are somewhat fun. I just hate when im dueling in melee games and some retarded sorc comes and kill everyone and has the nerve to say "GG ownt you are all noobs" then nks.

well thats why i have a godly absorb pally... he can absorb ANY elemetal attacks and it even heals him ^_^ that can usually clear a game of all casters

I have one of those to, main skills are salvation and charge. Though I have a problem with some necros :\ .

@plump: use character restrictions.. or jus dont do it.. jus do nm baal run to see how strong joo are.

heres what u do
since ppl will join the game with the opposite type of character that is supposed to enter, make a game called "no casters" if you want only casters to join, "melee only" if u want casters and amazons and shit to join, "no melee" if u want melee to join, etc.
