I've had experience with almost every online bb except vbulliten.

I've used, phpbb, invision board, ikonboard, and many others. I'll shell out the cash for vB soon enough.

I would suggest to get free hosting www.freewebs.com for a web site or go to www.invisionfree.com for free forums.

Oh and if you wan't to have a website that you can log into to access ect, you should try PostNuke or PHP-Nuke.
