Ok i got 760 life on my nec...i have max block as well and i was wondering if i should rm him without max block and alot more life or should i keep him and just get cta and life sc's?

What type are you? If you summon minions then you probably don't need more life, because your minions should be taking all the damage anyway.

I'd rm without max block and invest those points that you previously used in dex into vita.

I happen to think u'll need block for some pesky duels... get items with dex like hoto mara p marrow , and put maybe 100-150 dex. anni helps too! then I pumped vit. cta and life scs are a good plan too.
