i say crappy prize cuase all i can think of is my 1.14 rt account that is like 150-160, a cd-key that is probably in use most of the time, or the dreaded picture of a cookie prize.

Ok, since I don't think anyone else is gonna reply to this the prize goes to Beer $lut, whos awnser most resembled what the signature is about.

It is actually bad chinese translation of "Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne."

The evil beast stives for hegemony most resembles the war between races in thier struggle for power. the term "The ice confers the title Prince upon the place" obviously is the The Frozen Throne. Like saying the ice has chosen its king.

RoC would actually be translated to "Chaotic Government"
