My life is ruined!

Well,
Last Saturday My basement flooded. The carpet is ruined, when you step on it water gushes out. I called insurance company and turns out the guy supposed to pay my insurance hasn't payed it since the beginning of this year. So My house is flooded and smells and there is nothing I can do about it. I'd get new carpeting by myself but I can't lift up couches and a big screen tv.

And now I'm being kicked out of my house. The guy who owns this house and helped me pay for it totally hates my mom and takes it out on me(long story). So I need to get my things outta here or else its thrown away.

Also, I'm in college and I can't go to school and move and look for a new home while school goes on. So I might even have to drop out of school and get a job and live with someone til I get money. GOD THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't trust anyone, the guy paying my insurance hates me and he wouldn't pay it on his own will. He had to pay it cuz his name is on the house, which also means he is in a voilation of something and I can sue his ass

You obviously are relying on the guy to pay the insurance, hence "trust". If he doesn't live there he should have done the intelligent thing and voided his name on the lease or w/e.

Well my mom dumped him and now he hates her so he takes it out on me :-/ He goes out with this old fat ass chick now and shes using him for his money. Anyway, the only reason why he paid insurance was because I could sue him and since he has money comming out of his ass he has no excuse. So I'll be alright finacially but not education wise

Edit: I can live with my friend but still no place to put my shit unless I rent like one of those storage ware houses

I am sueing but thats not what I'm concerned about. I'm concerned about how am I going to find a place to live, pack, move and all this shit!

I just got the news that I have to move out, no other way. He won the battle. He took away my home and there is nothing I can do or say that will get my home back. Of course I can sue but my house isn't comming back. The place I lived in and called home is not going to be mine anymore. I can't believe this is happening to me.

a simalar thing almost happened when my friend moved into his apartment... the owner was about to kick his family out, but they threatend to sue..so they have a place to stay... small, but it is ok for a one parent family...(his two sisters think my game room is my bedroom!!! my game room is the smallest room in the house... they also thought my room was my parents room... only because they didn't see the other side of the house... I OWN ABOUT 1/3 OF MY HOUSE!!!)
