My lag

ok thanks guys this helped it out a lot. sometimes it still spikes everynow and then but i think one reason might have been my mcaffee. im still gonna try to figure out some new ways to fix some lag still but if you have anymore tips tell me anyways cuz the more fps and the less lag the better =) now the only thing annoying me is i cant record or i lag horrible... but this doesnt bother me as much right now. if u can help me with that then that would b great too =)

Well, we are glad to help the first time, but I haven't a clue why you are still having problems unless there is something in your installation / config that you are overlooking.
