Its not a posting system, i did that my self with tables.

Oh, the crappy way like I do Since its in PHP, you should make a posting system, it would be better. Besides that though, the layout still kicks ass, and I'm sure the site will too once it has content.

looks good, but im not diggin the bg, it shakes everytime i scroll maybe fix that in the css
