This beast ain't cheap, but basically its a god machine, DX10 games shouldn't be a problem, DX9 should be maxed out, all of em. And around next April then the tax return gets to me I'll buy a second 8800 GTX and put em both in Sli mode if I suddenly feel a need to. Yeah, any thoughts?

Aye...I went with the fans, **** water cooling, im not that much of a nerd plus don't feel like setting up my desktop outside near by the on-wall water outlet. Seriously can't ****ing wait, I ain't working my ass off rolling mats in a Vietnamese sweatshop for no reason! Seriously they need to fix the air conditioner in that place but instead they are gonna give us special bandannas we can dip into water, thats giant American corporation for you...well it pays and it will get me this I can't complain for too long.

I gave you the cost at the bottom of my post, since I made this thread i made a few changes but didn't really downgrade anything and didn't start planning to spend any more money. 2200 bucks is about what Im looking at.

Have updated the specs (see above). Im planning on using XP since I got a CD laying around, but plan to eventually upgrade to Vista since eh if I paid 600 bucks for a video card it damn better ****ing put out the best it can and DX10 Vista supports is the only way to get to see all the goodies. But I'll wait for the bulk of DX10 games to come out and a new 22 inch monitor first, plus need to wait for a patch to be able to play STALKER in Vista. 18 days from now I will start buying.
