My Demo is finally done.

So I've spent the last like, hour, looking for the post I maed a while back that I posted about how I had an upcomming demo and such, but I couldn't find it.

Anyway, I finally got it finished in the mail today, and it sounds great. Like, the quality. It's me on the Vox, and me on the drums on Another Day, Another Loss. The project is actually a LOT different than what I originally had planned on doing, but it's still something that I love and I love the way that it turned out.

"Another day, Another loss" was actually decent. "Show Of All" sounds like a crappy MCR ripoff band (and wow..MCR isn't great as is. Yeah, they're catchy, but annoying. This song isn't even catchy, just annoying.) "Still Seeing Red" sounds like a ripoff of "Three Days Grace" which suck anyway. So basically "Another day, Another loss" is the only track I find decent...and it's actually fairly good.

Thats great, congrats on finishing a full demo, bet it's a nice feeling listening to the finished thing rather than the stringing it all together and mastering it bit over and over. Did you send it away to be mastered before recorded, or do it yourself? Hope it attracts some interest for you.

It's kinda complicated. My band is technically under contract of Rude Noize which has a studio based in Orlando where I've been a lot recently. We recorded it a few days as the whole band, then we recorded it seperatly for about a week with each person doing each part. That was like...a few months ago, and we left it to be mastered and put together then. Just got it emailed to me the other day. The hardcopies Dave said were in the mail and should be around in a few days.

Lawl, I definitely hear the papa roach sound (I use to be a big fan of their pre infest material).

i know we dont like each other, but i want to make it clear that my opinions are not being based on anything other than the music.

honostly i thought the music was quite good, i was expecting some really random slung together crap [as i would from anyones first demo to be honost] where the instruments fought with each other, but youve actually composed some nice music sir. i noticed inyour first song, "Another Day, Another Loss" the guitar seemed to get repetitve imo, but the other 2 sounded fine for the style your going for. "Still Seeing Red" was actually a good song, i may stick that in my playlist great job sir.

i thought i read that you did multiple instruments, did you do everything on your own and compile it later or just on the guitars and drums?
do you plan to stay a one man band or do you plan get with other people? [if you did this by yourself]
is this just a hobby or are you persuing it?
