1. Do @ least 50 push-ups a day and 50 crunches a day
2. Reduce eating out to only once a day ( I eat out about twice a day)
3. Spend at least 1 hr a day studying for classes
4. ten minutes organizing for the next day
5. Put everything back, keep things orderly....
6. Make sure I call one good friend a day and work on improving my relationship with them.

Your thoughts?

1. Do more. These are the harder ones to work on if you want toning.
2. Don't eat as much but eat things you want.
3. I would spend more hours studying, I wouldn't limit myself.
4. Again, I wouldn't limit myself.
5. Good deal.
6. Call not such a good friend and work on your relationship.

Are these goals you hope to achieve or a routine you have been accustomed to?

Honestly if your fat or just out of shape. Just do 100 pushups and 25 crushes one day and then reverse it.

Some part of the day needs to be planned, other parts are left to my free will. My goal is to include each of these in my day for a while to work on getting my life back on track.

I am sure it does wonders, but I would rather do a different exercise then walking everywhere.

I fixed your goals LB:

1. Post at least 50 times on battleforums a day.
2. Eat less than Jason
3. Go to school for job to get money
4. Print out a schedule on paper that I'll never use
5. Touch myself in an orderly fashion
6. Keep in touch with my crack dealer
But seriously? It might be easier to try to do one of your goals at a time. If you finish one, then you can move onto the next one.

Edit: Edited to be nicer

LB, I highly doubt you will do any of that. Good intentions or just trolling, I'm not sure. But this closely relates to Jason's thread.

This has nothing to do with jason's thread whatsoever if that's what you're implying.

1 is a little more on the ambitious side.

More importantly, the moment you leave your routine on one side for a day, it's hard to get back on track.

50 crunches a day isnt going to get you anywhere. A good routine for that is to make a table for mon-sunday and set a goal of a higher number monday and go lower each day afterwards, starting with 300 mon, 250 tues, 200 wed, 150 thurs, and 100 friday. Thats 1000 crunches. Doing them in sets of 50 is your best bet.
thats what i did, though my 1st few weeks my goal was 100 each day and I added 50 every 2 weeks or so to my total for monday and my goal everyday was the same each day until I got to 200. THEN i started lowering the number each consecutive day so i dont kill myself. it gets easier.

Pushups.. it would be better to try to set a goal of 100 instead of 50. Your arms will get tired so only do pushups every-other day or else ur gonna kill your arms.

cutting meals is a terrible thing to do if you want to lose weight. eat three times a day if possible but just lower how much you eat. cutting meals slows your metabolism because your body thinks your starving and cutting the metabolism is your bodys way of responding so it doesnt take your fat reserves as quickly.
