Now I have to fax them the serial code and another code for them to switch it back. I don't even know if I will still have my character which sucks ass.

My password was like the max character limit and it was just random numbers and letters. I don't think it was easily guessed. I actually think A.net just screwed up somehow, but that's just what I think. Because all I did was go on vacation.
