My acc banned for use d2jsp

i lose my main acc , i just wanna ask , if any one can help.. , well for m the items and character arent importan.. well yes are important but i lose the acc i use to play with a lot of ppl en /f l and more who has my acc , well i send many e-mail to blizzard and alwais have same ans and my english is very bad (i phone blizzard too but i cant understand ) ¨ur acc is banned for use third-party program¨and any one can rename it in wen the acc leave... thats the problem.. i cant rename it again,... cos the acc name is JUAN&2 and i cant name a acc with ¨&¨now... that acc is pre-lod has over 3 years and is my name in b.net i wanna recover it... i need help the characters and items arent important i can get betters with time and i can lv up but i cant rename a acc with that name again *JUAN&2 ... help :fencing

but wasn't the last banning June 10th? why is it being mentioned now?

That has happend to 2 of my main accounts and they didn't ban my bot accounts.. those noobs.. ^^

i dont lose my bots acounts... that cos im angry.. well in the last dupeds i use the yay with that acc just once and i normaly use with the acc i boting and diferent cd-key.. well yes i use bot for lv up my last baba.. but i get lv 99 a moth before acc comes banned... so is a acc i normaly dont use hacks or programs , also i lose a mule acc with 400*jewels 40-15 max all characters lv 1 (i never use hack or bot lol on that acc is just for mule) and are jewels getting by a bug of the game... ¨the buggeds games¨ so if u get 40 wf from meph cos one bug and u pick all the wf blizz banned that acc ?? lol...
