Godhead has some pretty good music. Linkin Park has one song on Meteora that I was listening to today that doesn't have any lyrics, if you like them.

theres quite a few dark songs that kick insane ass from nine inch nails that dont have any yelling, or lyrics at all.

For the dark song, I would recommend Iced Earth - The Funeral. Theres a good Cradle of Filth song I would recommend too but I can't remember what it was

As for Techno, try Darude - Sandstorm (everyone seems to love that song)
