He is talking about the MSD (Mephisto Soulstone dupe) Just hope you know that its not a true dupe, it just takes advantage of a glitch and allows you to hold more then one meph stone, you cant "dupe" with it, so dont think you can. Its best used as a scam to say you can dupe.

no, you dont need a soulstone to begin with, but you do need to have access to act IV town

go to act4 talk to cain
.msd dupe [amount of soulstones you want]
