Mothering Sunday, as it is in the UK but is now Americanised to "Mothers Day", was on March 2 for me, so...*

An IM conversation. We are, after all, on the wrong side of the world from each other.

Wanted to send a card but it takes several weeks to arrive and it could arrive early or late or not at all, knowing the postal system in this country and Malaysia (2 origins of problems).

Plus I never realised it was Mothers Day 6 weeks beforehand - I was busy with work (as usual).*
