ok thanks for the info guys i sold my p eth titan and 40/10 jewel and now i have another question i have a 265ed ohmed 09 gf and i was wondering if the ohm is duped will the whole sword get deleted in the next patch?

I doubt the ohm is duped. People find them all the time, I have found two in the same month from cowing

no... when the patch goes through... even if it is duped... a duped jewel.. or rune that's in the legit item it won't get deleted... due to the fact that the properties change over once in the item....

I can't even tell really unless it's unid... so I just usually get unided items... unless I don't care or it's a good item... but as for 08's they are usually 9 times out of 10 duped or hacked.... so if you find a legit one... that's pure luck.....
