Monster drop question?

If a monster can drop the normal, magic, or rare forms of an item (such as a normal shako, magical shako, or a rare shako) can it drop the unique form of the item? (such as the unique shako)

Yes, it can. At least it could in .09, but I'm not totally positive of how it works in 1.10.

it works the same, all that changed was the amount of mf needed

Amount of mf needed? You can find anything with 0% MF, but you just have extremely small chance to.
