Modifying item pickups with mephbot

Using most recent version of D2JSP. Wondering what items are picked up on NM Mephruns and whether or not I can change this.

everything in there is picked up...doesnt matter if it's NM/HELL/Norm...

Is there anyway to use the Pickit bot in D2JSP instead of the Snagit one? The Pickit bot has a much wider range of items, and being the poor bastard I am, I pick up alot of them.
