MOD quistion!!!!!!!need links or info plz!!!@@@@####

there are alot of mods out there and that cool...but im looking for a closer to home mod, basicaly a mod tht didnt stray from the boundries of diablo. like no added chars and no skill tweak. but somthing like your level can go past 99 and your skills can go past 20, and they put a whole bunch of new runeword and items in without deleting the old ones. didnt mess with the item drop or anything like that. does anybody know somthing that even resimble this?????????????

I would love that but keep dreaming because think for a second if someone did make it, it would probably kick you off when you tried to use a skill thats what happened to me with another mod
