MOD help!

how do u install a MOD i dont get how to please explain :umm

You dont need mod help to do that, anyone can help. If you downloaded a mod from here just follow the instructions in the readme.txt file. And maybe you could tell us what file it is you are trying to install.

yeah srry bout the name but i was in a hurry i had to leave but i just dont get how to install it i dont get the txt file if u want me to i can copy paste it on here and maybe u kan help

copy the file and paste it into the d2 directory (i beleive its the patch file i think)


make sure to copy the old file into a different folder if you ever want to revert back to your old, normal, version

when i copied and pasted it just said labeld it as files wating to be written to CD. any idea y?, wat for, or wat else i kould do?

correct me if i'm wrong, but u just tried to paste it onto your cd

goto your hard drive, (C: ) not your disk drive (D: ) or w/e yours is...

edit: had to put spaces... stupid smilies
