Moat trick quesiton

when u guys do the moat trick, does ur merc die? cause mine keeps trying to reach for meph but he gets owned everytime... does ur merc do that and still live?

dont use mercs w/ the moat trick.

yea... cause they you get hit by lightning it hurts...

dont use a merc with meph unless you plan on going right up to him (have an uber merc) and just dodge everything he throws at you...

If you're far enough your merc won't attempt to attack meph. Try practicing going far back so your merc won't attack.

but you might want to use act 1 merc if your gonna moat and use merc

well later in the future i think ill need to mf with merc cause i need him to tank countess and stuff. And if i do go back further, those counils starts attacking me so i guess the only way to prevent my merc dying is max resists and have awsome d?

Well i belive a good way is if u can killl mephisto Fast... then your merc maby dont have time to die.. but.. if y are gonna use a merc then just Try to let your merc tank Mephisto.. Cus then he can leech ...
